To improve TN DOGE, we look at patterns, not people. Your conversation isn’t saved on our server unless you choose to send it to us: a news tip, a summary, or feedback. During beta, a short summary of each conversation is kept for 7 days so we can spot patterns and fix problems. Phone numbers, emails, addresses and ID numbers are removed first. Feedback you send is kept for 30 days. We count anonymous totals (ZIP, topic, type of agency), never what you wrote. Your 3 most recent conversations are saved in this browser, on this device only, for 7 days. Files you attach are read once and not stored. Messages are sent to our AI provider to write the replies. Answers are written by AI. We’ve worked hard to make them accurate, but AI can still get things wrong, so double-check important facts, citations, and deadlines with the official source before you rely on them.
