Round 1

An explosion was reported in Overton County yesterday and it had crews from all over the upper Cumberland scrambling to help

It was originally reported that A gas line between Muddy Pond and Hanging Limb (yes those are real toen names) had exploded and injured several people

They ordered everyone within a 1.5 mile area to evacuate and the UC NOW even got a statement from Sheriff Garrett while the place was still on fire.

Exgrrumms Except it was never on fire. At least according to the debriefing from Executive Dodson.

He claims there was no explosion, and no fire, and that 21 people were triaged and released, I'm guessing for gas exposure.

The scene was cleared after just a few hours and all that excitement turned out to be for nothing, apparently.

So how did the details of what happened in Muddy Pond get so… muddy?
Ya got me, but at least that's the play on words I get to use, and not one about hanging limbs.

Round 2

As if the Department of Corrections didnt have anough problems on their hands, They lost track of something important yesterday

That something, was an inmate.

63 year old Gregory Redden made his escape while getting medical treatment at the Nashville General Hospital.

He must be some kind of supersleuth because he somehow found a way to slip his handcuffs and leg shackles,  avoid the guards and slip past security all without being seen.

He's 5'5", 120lbs & was last seen walking out the door wearing a pair of Grey sweatpants and a white t shirt.

What happened to good old fashioned black and white stripes?

Something tells me that there's more to the story. Maybe a guard fell asleep, or was flirting with a nurse.

The good news is, he isnt a criminal mastermind and was captured a few hours later. Hope the fresh air was worth the extra time.

That's 2 stories down with 1 to go, can you do us a solid and hit that like button, then send this video to that one friend you're always sending reels too?

We wanna see what kind of influence that has on the algorithms

Round 3

Speaking of whoopsiedaisies, Shelby county FINALLY finished dealing with one from last year.

Anthony Green was repeased from the Shelby County Jail in September of last year after making a $2500 bond for theft.

There was just 1 small oversight. He was also being held for 1st degree *neck slashing* and more and his bond had been revoked in that case.

But, someone didnt do their job and the guy has been "on the run" ever since.

But yesterday the US Marshalls task force made finally caught up to him.

So where did this criminal mastermind go where he was able to elude law enforcement for over a year?

Well, they found him thanks to a tip, and it turns out, he was still in town.

Thank god he wasnt smart enough to leave, or else they may have never found him.
